New Incubator – Renewable Energy Centre on track for September.

The Centre will consist of a mixture of classrooms, rental incubator office space, flexible meeting/conference rooms, a large multifunctional ‘Demonstrator’ area, café, break-out collaboration areas and a range of administration and business/education support spaces.

The anticipated construction cost of about £3.2m is part-funded by EEDA, (East of England Development Agency) through a Grant, and part-funded by Central Bedfordshire College.

Ali Hadawi CBE, Principal & Chief Executive commented, “The new Centre will offer business development opportunities and office accommodation for those working on developing ideas in the renewable energies field. It will provide a collaborative approach to how education and business are working together and will provide students with cutting edge examples of modern practices and ideas.”

Topping out ceremony for the New Incubator, Beecroft Road, Dunstable on 7th May 2013

I was delighted to have been invited to the Topping Out Ceremony at the new Incubator Centre today along with many other's including Dunstable Town Mayor Patricia Staples, other town and Central Bedfordshire Councillors plus many more people all interested to see and be involved with this fantastic new centre in conjunction with Central Bedfordshire College ~ Dunstable.
