"I am the one and only" With the man himself the fantastic Chesney Hawkes
A star studied day at Party in The Park from Dunstable Town Council.
A fantastic FREE event attended by thousands.
There was live music from 12 noon which finished with the amazing
Live performance of the talented Chesney Hawkes
The show was amazing a true entertainer, the public just loved him and it was a very special moment to meet Chesney behind the stage when he was talking to the crowd, who welcomed him with open arms to Dunstable. He took time out after a fantastic show to have photographs taken and chat with everyone and make some real dreams come true.

Blue Skies and Volunteers from Dunstable in Bloom Group welcomed the Judges today from Anglia in Bloom.
So many volunteers have put in some real hard work to make this day succesful. Myself and others from Dunstable in Bloom checked the route for any unexpected litter on the two and half hour trip round Dunstable (there was no traffic problems either!) Thank you all for keeping your roads clean and tidy in particular Kingsbury Avenue, Jeansway, Lisombe Road and Langdale and Lowther Road. Here's hoping the Judges were impressed enough with the presentations by volunteers and all the flower displays and community projects going on in Dunstable that we can once again be proud of a 'Gold Award'.... Fingers crossed for September results day!
