St. George's Day Parade Dunstable.

Today saw Dunstable and District Scouts march through the center of Dunstable to St. Mary's Catholic Church for the St. George's Day service. It was wonderful to see the streets lined with people, waving flags and saluting the groups of scouts as they marched by, joined by the Bag pipes and drums and the Salvation army band.

Please feel free to watch and share this video from our new YouTube account of the St. George's Day Parade.

Great to see the firm arm of the police in Dunstable.......

While sitting in Priory Gardens enjoying afternoon tea with a friend, we was very disappointed to see a group of lads throwing paper everywhere!! However.... The CCTV spied them and the swift arm of the law/PCSO's had them picking the litter back up! The beauty of the gardens was restored once again....

Good news for Dunstable.

Dunstable Police Station is staying open for the forseeable future. That was the answer I got when I asked Olly Martins Police and Crime Commissioner for Bedfordshire at last nights Town Meeting which was open to the public.
